Bonjour,
En téléchargeant un logiciel sur Internet, j'ai malencontreusement chargé Claro qui apparaît maintenant dans ma page d'accueil de Mozilla. Je n'arrive pas à m'en débarrasser.
Je ne suis pas très douée en informatique mais mon ordi m'est indispensable pour mon travail. Je crains que Claro "infecte" mon ordi d'autres trucs malveillants.
J'ai besoin d'un expert pour me guider pas à pas dans le nettoyage de cette.......

- Télécharge AdwCleaner
- Sous XP double-clic sur l'icône
- Sous Vista/Seven clic-droit sur l'icône et choisir "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
- Clique sur recherche
- Le scan se lance une fois fini un rapport doit apparaitre.
- poste le rapport dans la prochaine réponse
Le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt
Si tu ne sais pas , demande. Si tu sais, partage !
- Télécharge AdwCleaner
- Sous XP double-clic sur l'icône
