    Hello
Normally for a computer, in France:
The hyphen is under the 6 (it must be in lowercase) or it's also the minus sign on the numeric keypad (top and right).
The question mark is to the right of the N (in uppercase)
The apostrophe is under the 4 (in lowercase)
What are the references (brand and model) of this keyboard or computer where these characters would be missing?

    For a QWERTY keyboard (English)
(image clickable and opens in a new tab)
The hyphen is to the right of the zero (in lowercase)
The question mark is (to the right, rows zxc..) between > and the right shift key (in uppercase)
The apostrophe is in the middle row to the right after the L between : and | (in lowercase)

Now if for some reason your keyboard is abnormally in QWERTY to switch back to AZERTY see

Very hard to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
