Hello,
I think I caught a virus on Facebook because I keep getting ads and about once in three times a page opens with links to adnxs.com, and I read on some forums that it's a virus.
The problem is that they say I need to do a "Diag," but then there's no solution. Knowing a bit about CCM, I have a better chance of solving the issue.
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows 7
AMD Dual-core 4600
M2N-SLI Deluxe
HD 4800 Sapphire
3 GB

Hello Chopper,
If you can pinpoint the exact moment when this hijacker appeared, try a system restore to a previous date." As the name suggests, the restore will put your system back to the state it was in before that date, when your PC was functioning correctly. Your personal data: folders, photos, music, etc. are safe (even those saved between the two dates). Simply, if an update occurred between the two dates, you will need to redo it.
To restore the system to a previous date:
*Do: Start / Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / Restore my PC to a previous date.
* See if the indicated date is suitable for you or choose another one before the problem occurred, then click "next" / "next" / "finish."
* Don't touch anything else. The PC will shut down and restart itself, the restore will continue. A message will alert you at the end of the restoration.
* Check that everything is working and come back to let us know how it went.
Then, whether the restore was successful or not, perform a ZHPDiag following the instructions below:
https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-26279769-claro-search#1.
(Only post no. 1).
If you already have ZHPDiag on the PC, update it by clicking the button with a green arrow on the right.
Best regards, Bridget.
