Hello, I cannot perform a RESET on my XXL IQ route, unfortunately, there is no RESET button on the back.     Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

Hello  Can you put it on sector....  Maybe the internal battery is dead...?

For the reset, keep your finger pressed on the power button until it starts up.  If you had looked at the links properly, you would have seen it. There must be a minimum amount of charge left in the battery for the reset to take place. These devices do not have a reset button to reset your device. Press and hold the power button continuously until your device restarts (rebooting with the Tam-tam). This may take more than twenty seconds.
