The 952 is not working.

Hello,
Since this morning I have been trying to reach 952 to recharge my phone with my card, but it's always 950 that answers whether I request 952 or 963.
Thank you for resolving this technical issue as soon as possible because I need my phone and I have urgent communications to make.

    I've had this problem, just be patient and don't cut it off; it will happen right after the "speech" of the 950.
