Hello,
I have an LG TV (MKJ42519601) and right now neither the remote control nor the buttons on
the screen are working:
when I try to press one, this message appears "Key Lock On"
So there's no way to change the channel or turn off the TV except by unplugging it. Please, if someone
can help me unlock it

Good evening, I have the same problem with my LG TV MKJ39170806 (that's the number on the remote). The buttons on the remote are unresponsive and when I use the buttons on the TV, the message "Button Lock Activated" appears... To turn off the TV, I have to unplug it and plug it back in to turn it on... It's not possible to change channels, increase/decrease the volume... Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance...
