Hello,
I have the same issue as many, lol. I just bought a used LG TV, but the remote control doesn't work anymore, so I wanted to use my universal remote mentioned above, but I lost the user manual.
I tried entering some codes I found online that correspond to LG, but none of them work.
It's a flat screen TV.
Can someone help me?

it's very well explained above ^^
you need to press the "tv" and "set" buttons. the power button lights up in red, wait a few seconds. point the remote at the television and wait for a reaction. then press a button (except for tv and set) to stop the auto search. the explanation is better at the link above.
