Hello, I just bought a Fujifilm Finepix S2995 camera. I have a black screen with the message "turn off the camera and turn it back on." I have tried various methods to fix this issue without success. Do you have a solution?

Hello,

Remove the battery and the memory card. Wait a few minutes and put the battery back in. If the problem persists, return to customer service!
