The difference between RPG servers and Normal servers (in WoW)

Hello,

I would like to know what the difference is between regular servers and role-playing servers (RPG) in World of Warcraft, as I want to buy it but first I want to understand the difference.

    What do you mean by "putting yourself in the shoes of the characters"? I don't quite understand what that entails.

      You play a role, you talk as if you were your character and you play like that. The rules are different from other servers:

      Otherwise, there are the "Normal" or "PvE" servers, where you cannot be attacked in mixed zones, so you can level up your character peacefully.

      The most popular are the so-called "PvP" servers, where you can encounter and fight against players from the opposing faction in mixed zones, not just in battlegrounds.
