3D Accelerating Card!!!

Hello, I would like to download Google Earth but I am told that I need a 3D acceleration card for the software to function properly! How can I tell if my computer has a 3D acceleration card?????????????????
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Well, in DirectX features, DirectDraw and Direct 3D acceleration are enabled! But texture acceleration is not available! Can I download Google Earth??? And how do I enable texture acceleration? What is it used for??? Please explain to me!!! Thank you in advance!!!

    Hello,

    Make sure all the graphics card drivers are installed.
    Start menu > run > type dxdiag and confirm > Yes
    Display tab > check if the accelerations are available.
