HDMI cable makes the image on the TV green.

Hi!
When I play movies on my computer on the TV with the HDMI cable, after a while, especially when the scene is very colorful, the image on the TV turns green and a bit purple, like it’s in negative. Just unplugging the cable and plugging it back in fixes the image, but I’d like to stop this bug!
Help me!!

Hello

The first cause of a "faded" image is often the cable itself, whether it has poor connections or low-quality components, so the first thing to test is... the cable.

Well, all the cables we've tried make the image "washed out." Maybe we need to make some adjustments on the computer, but I don't know how to go about it...

If it's not a cable problem, then it’s either your graphics card, the TV itself, or some kind of incompatibility (firmware, software, or hardware).
The same goes for figuring this out; the only simple way is to test your cable and your laptop on another TV (preferably not the same brand). If the problem does not occur on another TV, then it's your TV; if the problem persists, then it’s coming from your PC.

In the case of the TV, you won't be able to do much except check if the manufacturer has provided a different firmware AND that this firmware explicitly addresses this kind of issue (it's never recommended to update firmware unless it's to fix a specific problem).

If it's the PC, similarly check if your drivers (in general) are up to date, which might resolve the issue (but this is not guaranteed at all).

It also happens that incompatibilities between devices cannot be resolved, but that is rarer.

The problem is not with my TV, a friend already connected his computer with the HDMI cable to my TV, but there were no "colored" interruptions. I will check on my computer.
