Il ne faut jamais laisser 2 antivirus actifs en même temps.
Si tu veux installer un antivirus, commence par dé-installer le précédent.

Désinstalle Norton proprement si problème pendant la désinstalle utilise cette manip :

ensuite seulement installe Avast !
