Bonsoir,
j'ai eu un message d'alerte de propagation de norton m'informant de la presence de trojan.peacomm.
Je n'arrive pas à telecharger AVG spyware car mon ordinateur REDEMARRE AUSSITOT après toute tentative de téléchargement.
Que faire ???
Merci d'avance, je suis perdue

normalement l'outil de microsoft va reglé ce probleme

L'outil de suppression de Microsofrt n'a rien détécté de suspect, et pendant l'analyse, Bitdefender m'a quand meme envoyé des messages me signalant que quelques fichiers etainet infectés.

Récapitulatif

1°- #162 As-tu mis à jour ta Console Java ? = Important !
Depuis la restauration de la "valeur chaîne" [ "Shell" = "Explorer.exe" ], as-tu encore eu ces mesages, comme signalés #168 ? : « Bitdefender vient de m'envoyer un message me disant qu'il a rencontré un problème et qu'il doit fermer..c'est normal? c'etait pendant l'installation Java, juste après qu'il me dise que Java accedait au registre..»

2°- #180 « J'ai sauvegardé comme tu m'as indiqué et j'ai restauré la valeur Shell=Explorer.exe comme m'a expliqué Al.» As-tu exécuté mot à mot ma procédure, y compris :« Une case est ouverte et à côté [ REG_SZ ]
Coller [ "Shell" = "Explorer.exe" ] dans la case , et appuyer sur ENTRÉE.

Redémarrer le PC » A-tu bien obtenu la même ligne que sur la capture écran ?? Merci de rapporter ( c'est important pour moi de le savoir ).

Ensuite, concernant "NoFolderOptions" = "0". As-tu accès à "Option des Dossiers" par "Démarrer" > "Explorer" > "Outils"; ou par "Panneau de configuration" ? Si tu as accès, ne restaure pas la clé . Attention, ces manips en registres doivent être suivies d'un reboot du PC.

Chez Afideg, cette valeur chaîne n'apparaît pas non plus .
Mais n'oublions pas que l'infection avait empêché l'accès à "Options des Dossiers" !

3°- Note: La manip de salwa, pour la "sauvegarde du registre" équvaut à l'utilisation simple de Erunt.
Attention, Erunt ne sauvegarde pas les stratégies de groupe si elles existent ( utilisation de gpedit ).
==> Je ne sais pas si la manip de Salwa sauvegarde ces stratégies de groupe si elles existent. ??

4°-#187 RAPPEL de Salwa : Scanner chaque fois ta clé usb avec ton antivirus !!
#188 « La clé USB est infectée déjà » Scanner tous tes disques avec DrWeb ( profite de sa période d'essai )
Rappel: Mon MP #4 « PS: Si tu as des cours à sauver, sauve-les sur une disquette mais ne garde pas des fichiers infectés sur le PC . Tu pourras alors passer ta disquette sous Bitdefender pour la nettoyer éventuellement.

5°- #194 Log HJT ( je suppose sur le portable ) : O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Console Java (Sun) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_07\bin\ssv.dll
Là également la console Java n'est pas à jour !
PS Je n'ai pas vu que cette mise à jour sur le PC fixe avait été faite.

6°- # 196 Cet outil Microsoft n'a pas souvent réussi ( peut-être que sur laptop ? )
Et si le script https://www.cjoint.com/?bzbmDDEL7Y ne convient pas ( ?? ), tu peux appliquer la procédure Symantec que tu possèdes et connais maintenant.
Et c'est urgent , quand on lit ceci sur HJT :

Alors je reprends:

1. J'ai remis à jour la console Java; j'ai la derniere version, dernier update. Depuis lors, je n'ai plus rencontré les problèmes du 168. Donc ca c'est fait

2. Ici pour ce qui est de la restauration de valeur Shell. Je t'avouerai que j'ai eu du mal en suivant mot pour mot ta procedure et je m'y suis reprsie à plusieurs fois car :

lorsque j'ai ouvert la case, située avant [REG_SZ], et collé [ "Shell" = "Explorer.exe" ] , ca n'a pas donné la même ligne de la demo.
ca donnait:

[ "Shell" = "Explorer.exe" ] ......... [REZ_SZ ] .........rien


==> pour obtenir la même ligne que sur la demo, j'ai dû procéder comme suit:

A. coller "Shell" dans la nouvelle case
B. Appuyer deux fois sur entrée
C. Une case me propose "données de la valeur", puis j'ai entré Explorer.exe

Ainsi j'ai pu avoir la même ligne que sur la demo. C'est à dire
Shell.......................[REG_SZ]................Explorer.exe

Est-ce que c'est bon?

3. J'ai sauvegardé le registre comme m'a indiqué Salwa mais n'ai pas encore fait la manip d'Erunt, car je n'avais pas fini de lire l'exemple que tu m'as envoyé en link .

4. J'ai scanné la clé usb avec Bitdefender et et AVG mais pas avec DrWeb. Je vais donc le faire.
J'ai detruit tous les fichiers de la clé et vidé la corbeille..
Je ne l'utilise maintenant que pour y deplacer les rapports de scan, car le portable n'a pas de connexion internet pour linstant.

5. Je vais mettre la console Java du portable à jour en passant le programme par la clé usb. Mais sur le fixe; elle est faite, je l'ai faite hier soir.


6.Outil Microsoft ne me semble pas avoir reussi. Je n'ai toujours pas accès au registre; et durant l'analyse Microsoft, Bitdefender m'indiquait la presence de fichiers infectés, bien que l'ordi soit protégé...

7. Je vous colle dans un prochain message le rapport Microsoft

8. Je ne peux faire l'intégralite de la procédure symantec si je n'ai pas acces au registre..?

J'espère que je n'ai rien oublié.
Donc, à present, je viens de terminer l'analyse avec l'Outil de suppression Microsoft. Celui-ci n'a RIEN SIGNALE.

je n'ai pas eu besoin de réutiliser ces deux scripts.
J'ai eu besoin de les reutiliser systematqiuement AVANT d'avoir https://www.cjoint.com/?bzbmDDEL7Y Mais depuis, je n'en ai plus besoin, j'y ai tout le temps accès.
Je les ai conservés, ceci dit, et peut-être que je peux les utiliser pour le portable?

PS: je suis en train d'installer DrWeb sur le portable, faut-il que je desinstalle vraiment Bitdefender ou est ce que je coche la case " aucun autre produit n'est installe" sans en tenir compte?

Analyse de Dr Web indique qu'il n'y a aucun virus détecté.
reste cependant à
- retrouver accès à l'option des dossiers ( pour verifier manuellement ce qu'il y a dans les dossiers cachés)
- faire la procedure symantec en verifiant les valeurs de registre

Re,
Pour accéder au registre, essaie ça:
Modifiez l'extension du programme :
Ouvrez votre Explorateur et allez jusqu'à : C:\Windows\regedit.exe
- Clic droit sur regedit.exe ---> Renommer et modifiez l'extension en .com
Ce qui donne : regedit.com --> Double-cliquez et votre éditeur de registre devrait s'ouvrir.

Par ailleurs, est-ce que je peux me lancer dans la restauration des valeurs registre en suivant la procedure symantec où est ce qu'il vaut mieux attendre?

Dézippe le sur le bureau.
Lance Hoster et clique sur "Restore Microsoft's Hosts File".

Re,

"NOTEPAD.exe"

J'aimerais voir l'effet de :

•- Télécharge "clean.zip"
http://www.malekal.com/download/clean.zip
Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier "clean".
•- Télécharge "SDFix" sur ton bureau
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.zip

Imprimer ce qui suit :

• Redémarre en mode sans échec. (tuto) < http://service1.symantec.com/support/inter/tsgeninfointl.nsf/fr_docid/20020905112131924 > .

• Ouvre le dossier "Clean" qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-clic sur "clean.cmd".
Une fenêtre noire va apparaître pendant un instant, laisse la ouverte.
• Fais un clic droit sur "SDFix.zip" et choisis "Extraire tout"
Double-clique sur "RunThis.bat"
Tape Y pour lancer le script.
(Le Fix supprime les services du virus et nettoie le registre, de ce fait un redémarrage est nécessaire) ;
• Presse une touche pour redémarrer normalement
Le PC va mettre du temps avant de démarrer, presse une touche lorsque "Finished" s'affiche .

•- Ouvre le dossier SDFix et copie/colle ici le contenu du fichier "Report.txt" avec le rapport qui se trouve ici "C:\rapport_clean.txt" et un nouveau "HijackThis".

Oui, en redemarrant l'ordi, idem
il me redonne pour message qu'il ne trouve pas C:/Windows/KesenjanganSosial.exe.

En revanche bitdefender, ne me dit rien au sujet d'un virus

1.J'ai fixé O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Bron-Spizaetus] "C:\WINDOWS\ShellNew\RakyatKelaparan.exe"
, il n'apparaît plus dans le log.

2. Pour ce qui est de C:\WINDOWS\ShellNew\RakyatKelaparan.exe
, je ne le trouve pas, il n'apparaît pas.

3. Je suis en train d'extraire les dossiers zip Clean et SDfix sur la cle usb pour les mettre sur laptop, j'y arrive
