Hi, thank you for helping me resolve my access issue with my Yahoo Mail account. In fact, I'm really afraid that someone may have hacked it and changed my ID and password.

I'm back, I've recovered my account, stolen by someone in China!!! (I was able to see it when I modified my personal info).
To get your account back, "harass" the support, the address is https://fr.aide.yahoo.com/kb/account

Be careful, they will only respond if you have created a new Yahoo account because they don't respond to any other email extension.

Hey my dear ones, it's finally resolved!!! You need to go on Internet Explorer and open your Yahoo account!! It's finally resolved but if it’s not done quickly!! So retype and retype your password on Internet Explorer and that's it!!!!

I succeeded quite simply by going through Yahoo's .com server
but remember to enter the full address as your username
I hope it will work for you
and just keep in mind that there's a 9 out of 10 chance that it's an account issue and not hacking

I made a big mistake... I went on my sister's account and after trying to find the password, I blocked her account because I made 10 attempts... when she comes back from vacation, she will kill me... but if she ever enters her password, which I haven’t changed, will her account still be blocked?

Hello, I think you should type in the Google bar Yahoo or another Yahoo service complaints..... normally you should find the contact information.......
you have to write to them from another email address.....

Hello, I recovered my email account after almost 2 weeks without being able to connect, as well as eBay... Someone from Hong Kong hacked my 2 accounts... So now Yahoo is only useful to me for information of all kinds...

For those who have this problem, don't hesitate to hound Yahoo... so that they offer you options and if it doesn't work, threaten to cancel your account... maybe it will work.

Regarding the Windows update, it’s not necessarily because of that... there could be other reasons (slow IE, modem update, faulty software, etc...)

To address your issue, DON’T HESITATE TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM, INCLUDING YOUR NAME, FIRST NAME, YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS, PASSWORD, AND SECRET QUESTION... DO NOT HESITATE TO HARASS THEM VIA EMAIL!! As for me! I have a bit of a chance that Yahoo can SUCCESSFULLY REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME A NEW BACKUP PASSWORD..... (AFTER A LOT OF COMPLAINTS, IT’S TRUE!! NO YAHOO FOR 2 WEEKS....... THE HACKERS HAD MANAGED TO CHANGE EVERYTHING...... HELLO M...... As for eBay, the hackers tried TO PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM 14 TIMES!!!........ I had to change my password there too).......

SINCE THEN, I HAVE DELETED MY YAHOO EMAIL ACCOUNT

I MADE THE SAME MISTAKE AS YOU BY LEAVING ALL MY PASSWORDS FOR SITES.......... NOW I PRINT THEM OR STORE THEM ON A USB DRIVE......

Hi  I think I've found the problem with my email box The problem is the spywares! I formatted and installed everything on my computer and the problem is resolved  Thank you for everything

In my opinion, this blockage is due to security reasons in IE I had this problem with IE but with Safari, I was able to access my account on the first attempt.
