Who is magister tara duncan?

Hello,
I come to ask who could be the magister or give some clues:
he is necessarily blond: (in the first book remember the comb)
he might perhaps love Selena: (he ended up imprisoning her for 10 years)
it's possible that he is a mage: (he is very powerful)

so here are the clues, and with all this I think it's Medelus, he asked Selena to marry him, he is blond, and he is a mage.
also in the third book, when the tentacle attack happens in the castle, Medelus had just come out of the room, but it's true that there might not be much chance that it's him either...

so I hope you know who it is and thanks in advance!

    c'est pas possible car Medelus c'est l'allié avec Sang-Graves et qu'il rencontre Magister dans le tome 4 de plus il est brun!!!

      It's not Medelus. In volume 12, Xandiar accuses Daril Kratus, the ex-husband of the Empress, of being Magister. Is that true? There's still some doubt, as it could be Various instead, except that he is the (new) husband of Lisbeth. He tells her that he loves her, but could it be a lie?
      We don't know yet. Let's keep our fingers crossed for the answer in cycle 2!!!!!?

      I don't think it's Medelus or Various because Magister is blonde and can't use disguise spells. So it must be Sándor or Daril because in Tara and Cal (the new one) Selenba reacts strangely when Sándor and Daril are around.
      That's just my opinion.

    Hello Robain,
    it's true that Tara doesn't like Tara Medelus and he's never around when
    attacks happen, but I don't think it's him because why in the volume does he get attacked by Selenda and ask Tara's mother for her hand in marriage?

      Magister can only be the imperatore (I know that the imperatore was taken by magister but it's a setup, I'm sure) or the former husband of the empress presumed dead. In the last volume I just finished, it's not clearly stated, just implied: Xandiar accuses the former husband but Tara and Selemba don't believe it and look at the imperator.

    Magister cannot be Medelus because Magister was tortured by the dragons for having a child (Sylver) with the dragon princess. He barely made it out but was seriously injured; without the demonic shirt, he would surely have died. Since then, he has been in love with Selena and discovers that, thanks to her love, he is gradually healing from the dragon's curse. Then in volume 8, Selena dies, but Magister will bring her back in volume 9 and will be transformed into a werewolf in volume 9, before he heals from his injuries.

      If you read the author's articles, you will see that she says it's Daril Kratus.

      I would say it's Sandor Magister since he has barely ever appeared at the same time as him
      1- Sandor loves Selena Magister too
      During the attack in the # cursed scepter, Sandor does not appear in the video sent by Magister, and he is abandoned by Tarra’s team. He comes back with a knife in his shoulder, sure, but how did he manage to get away alone in front of Magister? Knowing that he doesn't use weapons

      I think you're right about it being Sandor, Magister, but let's not forget that Magister can transform, so he could very well become a brunette and infiltrate Omois, getting close to Tara or even Lisbeth, like in the volume where Selena was having tea with Magister in his room.

    It's the imperator because in volume 3, Snuffy says "recognize the smell" but Various was not yet in the story.

    I think it's Daril Kratus, Lisbeth's husband, who is supposed to have died during a hunting trip.

    1- they are blonde
    2- they are close to the empress, hence to power
    3- Sandor was in love with Selena just like the magister

    or maybe Lisbet's former husband who has conveniently disappeared again and, conveniently, he is amnesiac???

      Sandor hates Magister ever since he stabbed him in the shoulder, and Various... Yes, it's possible. But it could very well be that Magister is someone else and is disguising himself to gain power.
