Bonjour à tous.
Aprés un scan de mon pc il m'a trouver deux trojans qu'il n'a pas réussi a me supprimer !! comment faire pour eliminer ces bestioles ?? merci de votre aide en sachant que je ne suis pas un pro de l'informatique :-(

Regarde bien et applique ce qui est indiqué en gras pour les 2 installations .

Télécharge et installe ce log :
* AVG AS
AVG anti spyware
https://www.01net.com/telecharger/
Met le a jour avant de lancer le scan.
Tuto :

->Relance AVG AS puis choisis l'onglet "Analyse"
->Puis l'onglet "Paramètres"
Sous la question "Comment réagir ?", clique sur "Actions recommandées" et choisis "Quarantaine"
Re-clique sur l'onglet "Analyse" puis réalise une "Analyse complète du système"
Si un fichier est infecté en fin d'analyse
->Clique sur "Appliquer toutes les actions "
->Clique sur "Enregistrer le rapport" puis sur "Enregistrer le rapport sous".
->Enregistre ce fichier texte sur ton bureau ensuite colle le rapport ici
Puis :
télécharge HijackThis (version francaise) ici:
hijackthis
Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

j'ai juste une question avant d'aller plus loin, faut il réaliser le scan en mode sans echec ou pas, balltrap34 m'a déjà dépanner pour un autre souci et je crois me souvenir que j'avais réaliser le scan en mode sans echec ? peux tu me confirmer stp, merci.

Pour amélioré le démarrage de ton PC et le rendre + rapide fais cette manip:
Démarrer -> Exécuter ->tape: msconfig dans l'onglet « démarrage »
Décoches tout ce qui ne te parait pas être utile au démarrage de ton PC (ex : MSN,Skype,AVG Antispyware etc ...) sauf ton antivirus, le parefeu et tout ce qui englobe ta connexion (modem, FAI etc ...).
* Clique sur [appliquer] -> [redémarrer maintenant]
au redémarrage une petit fenêtre s'affiche coche ne plus afficher ce message.

Slt séb08, bon alors si mon log est ok tant mieux voilà une bonne nouvelle :-) par contre j'avais avec un scan Fsecure deux trojans qu'il ne pouvait pas m'enlever, apparament ils ne doivent plus y être si tu me dit que c'est ok.
Une derniére petite question, a chaque demarrage du pc je suis obligé de cliquer sur administrateur, comment faire pour ne plus avoir a faire cette manip et avoir directement accés au bureau sans rien faire ?
