Hello,
I'm reaching out to ask a question for my friend. It's been about ten days that she can't access the Internet via Google Chrome: when she tries to search, a gray screen covers the entire area and poof, nothing happens... It works on Mozilla and Internet Explorer, but it's really slow... She has already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work.
