Bonjour tout le monde, s'il vous plait, aidez moi à analyser mon rapport hijackthis, j'y ai trouver deux lignes 017, je ne sais pas de quoi il s'agit, faut il les supprimer?

au démarrage il prend du temps, reste quelque temps sur écran noir avant d'afficher le bureau, souvent dès que je clique, sur n'importe quelle icone il plante ,je suis obligée de redémarrer manuellement, et souvent le navigateur internet plante aussi, il arette sur écran bleu (histoire de cet écran bleu était là avant sans les plantages, les plantages c'est nouveau)
il faut aussi signaler que j'avais depuis que je l'ai acheté ,un problème, j'ai un adsl fixe, dès que le pc bouge un tout petit peu, la connection se coupe, et parfois ça cause l'écran bleu puis rdémarrage.
sans oublier que dès que je branche un périphérique sur le deuxième port usb ou parfois même quand je branche mon casque ou hauts parleurs, ça coupe la connection internet.
là ou je l'ai acheté il m'on dit que c'était normal, parque les ports sont si proches, qu'ils faut juste utiliser un hub usb, mais je ne l'ai pas essayé.
