virus empéchant installe pilote scanner

windows 2000

j'ai un problème de pilote de scanner qui ne veux pas s'installer car problème de virus qui bloque toutes les installation de logiciels!!
c'est un pilote de scanner tout petit et qui 
quand j'essaie de l'installer me dit:
message d'erreur windows
IX series.exe n'est pas une application win 32 valide

si vous pouviez m'éclairer de vos lanterne super luminescente sserait génial car là je ne saisplus quoi faire!!!!
et je trouve dommage de ne plus se servir de ce scanner qui me rendait bien service!!
juste pour une histoire de pilote !!
sinon j'ai installer un vieux logiciel easy scan image-in qui aller avec mais la pareil toujours pas de pilote !!

je tourne en bourrique

si on pouver faire un petit scan de mon ordi juste pour voir si j'ai pas une saloperie qui m'empécherai d'installer ce maudit pilote!!
