BIOS Reset with JBAT1 2-Pin

Hello, I apologize if I didn't put the subject in the right place. I have a little problem with my computer, with a newly installed configuration. Right after I assembled the PC, I turned it on, and I was asked to "set" the BIOS. It was just after the restart to save the changes that my problem occurred: my screen turns on and displays "no signal," then turns off. The computer itself starts normally and correctly. So I think it might be a misconfiguration that I made in the BIOS. I'm looking for how to reset it (motherboard model: MSI Z77A-G43) Thank you in advance for your responses. Thank you for your reply, I was thinking about that too but only on my motherboard, the connector "JBAT1" has only 2 pins and I don't have a jumper on it. The manual shows me that to keep the data they should be disconnected and to reset to defaults they should be connected.

Hello, to reset a BIOS the process is simple: unplug the power cable, remove the battery located on the motherboard, locate the jumper named "clrtc" or something similar, if there is a small piece plugged onto the pins, move it one notch and leave it in place for 10 to 15 seconds, then replace it as it was, put the battery back and reconnect the power cable. You just need to press the power button.

Re, the marker on your motherboard is JBAT1 Clear CMOS Jumper and is located near the SATA connectors.

Yes, so if there are only two pins, they need to be connected with what is called a jumper for 10/15 seconds. The battery must be removed beforehand and the PC unplugged, of course; this resets the BIOS modifications.
