Converting .ods files to Numbers

Hello,

Can someone tell me how to convert my .ods spreadsheets from OpenOffice to .numbers files so that I can use them on my iPad and Mac in iCloud?

    Good evening,

    normally OpenOffice can export in Excel format (.xls), and since Numbers can read Excel format...
