However, I want to buy 1866MHz or 2133MHz RAM... and on the official site I see this => DDR3 2800(O.C.)/2600(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600/1333/1066
What does O.C. mean?
And what RAM (brand + model) do you recommend for this motherboard knowing that I want at least 8GB?

Hi,
If it's for gaming, getting RAM with such high frequency won't be of much use.
The 1600MHz CAS9 still offers the best performance/price ratio.
You can choose any brand you want; there's not much concern with that kind of thing:

Getting such a motherboard when you don't even know what OC means shows that you don't really need it.
What do you plan to do with it; what’s the rest of the expected setup?

OverClock.
Your motherboard automatically manages RAM sticks at 1600 MHz (and lower), but also up to 2800 MHz with manual settings.
For example: if you place 1333 sticks, it will automatically clock them at 1333; but if you place 2000 sticks, it will automatically set them to 1600. To use 2000 MHz sticks, you will need to manually select this frequency in the BIOS Setup (along with the timings).
For models, check comparisons... Prefer brands like G-Skill, Corsair, Kingston, Crucial, OCZ, Patriot...

@ mrmustang: It's not just for gaming. It's also for Full HD, virtualization, C++ compilation, and 3D editing.
The rest of my setup isn't very important, but for your info, it will be an i5-3570k + Caviar Black 500Go + GTX 570.
I suspected that OC meant overclocking, but I don't understand what it’s doing here in this context... I don't plan to overclock my CPU or my RAM, I just want my motherboard to be compatible with my RAM because I've read that the Z77 chipset is a bit finicky...

I saw that this motherboard has a "Mem Ok" button, that should be useful for RAM compatibility with the motherboard, right? :)-
