The HP website does not offer new firmware for your PC's burner.

Why do you want to update the firmware?

I wanted to make a backup copy of a DVD (Toy Story 2) and it doesn't work with my PC.

So I was advised to update my drivers.
I've had my current PC for 2 years, but before that I had another PC with Windows Vista, but it had a different burner and it worked very well, and I managed to make a copy with my old PC.

So I'm looking for the source of the problem with Any DVD.

Windows has its own driver for CD/DVD drives and burners; you won't find any other.

I recommend creating a thread that clearly explains what you want to do and the problem you are encountering (error message, etc.).

Yes, I had made one but no one replied, so I deleted it.

In fact, I had a PC with Windows XP before, no worries. I used AnyDVD + DVD Shrink.

It's been 2 years since I changed my PC to Windows 7, and with the latest versions of AnyDVD and the DVDs that I was able to copy with this method on my old PC, I can no longer copy.

I don't see where the problem comes from; whether it's from AnyDVD, DVD Shrink, or the PC.

Also, I would like to know if anyone else uses AnyDVD with another software.
