Hello,

For the past few days, it has become impossible for me to watch videos with Mozilla. I have updated the plugins and installed the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.
Thank you for your help

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 13.0.1

Thank you very much, it works!!!

However, there is a hitch because the Real Player plugin that I just activated had previously been disabled by the browser because it causes stability issues.
Moreover, even if the video starts, it freezes after a few seconds: loading problems even though I have good connectivity and bandwidth!

    Thank you for your reply.
I did a cleanup with CCleaner, which didn't help!

It's the basics, if that doesn't work, we need to look elsewhere. Disable all the plugins and restart the browser, just keep Flash. Do you use Adblock to block ads?

I have just disabled all the plugins and when I try a video on YouTube it works, while when the plugins were enabled I received an error message on YouTube.
However, with the plugins disabled, I still can't launch a movie streaming video: I'm being asked to download Adobe Flash, which I've done.
Moreover, Adobe Flash does not appear in my add-ons even after downloading.
I have a lot of plugins like RealPlayer: could there be a conflict?
    What do you think?

    Hello,

    Launch firefox
    Tools
    Add-ons
    Extensions tab
    Disable Real Player
    Close firefox.

    Launch Real Player
    Preferences
    Download and recording
Uncheck: enable downloading and recording from the web...and OK

    Launch firefox
    Tools
    Add-ons
    Extensions tab
    Enable Real Player

    Plugins tab
    Reactivate all plugins
    Restart firefox.

Always the same, there may be a problem with the site after all) but what I don't understand is why the video works when I uncheck the box you indicated in the RealPlayer software! What’s the connection?
In the end, wouldn’t it be better for me to download other plugins besides RealPlayer like VLC for example?

Have you installed the latest version of --> Flash Player Non-IE?

no because the plugin was already up to date.
mozilla.org tells me that my plugin "real player browser record" is incompatible with firefox but doesn’t suggest any others.
However, the videos only work when this plugin is activated, but every time I restart the browser, it disables it and back to square one!

Do you want to keep it like RealPlayer?

I believe it's immutable with Firefox.

It doesn't matter to me, Real Player or another one, the important thing is that it works, that it is compatible with Mozilla.

Here is a good reasoning, remove "you are right..."

I disabled all the RealPlayer plugins and downloaded QuickTime and it works... For now, but apparently it's suitable for Firefox
Anyway, thank you for your responses; I've been dealing with this problem for a while!

Disable the Real Player plugin and see if it works.
