Hello everyone, so here I have an Xbox 360 that I was finally able to connect to the internet :D :D, the problem is when I try to connect to Xbox Live I get the following message: you do not have the required privileges to play on Xbox Live

P.S: my account date is: 10/25/1990
so I am over 18

    surely parental control, check in the system and deactivate it on the main account if there is one.
