Ai-je un virus?

Bonjour,
J'ai quelques petits problèmes avec mon pc, tout d'abord il rame énormément, il beugue, et le ventilateur tourne très vite, il me dit qu'il y à une utilisation trop élévée de trudinstaller, quand ce n'est pas un autre programme... J'ai lancé mon antivirus, mbam, et ccleaner, mais ils ne trouvent rien d'anormal et ça ne change rien, pourriez vous m'aider s'il vous plaît? D'avance merci.
