Hello,
I am trying to optimize my Word form by inserting drop-down lists.
Is there a way to copy the content from one drop-down list to another, since the information is exactly the same?
Thank you for your help
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

I am using Word 7, would it be possible to copy the data?
Similarly, I have another question: is it possible to import data from an Excel file into a drop-down list in my Word form?
Thank you very much for your help. -
It's not just the content that needs to be copied, but the entire list button.
Since the formats are not the same, I don't think there is a procedure to retrieve Excel data and insert it into a Word form button.

Thank you for your response. Could you explain to me how to copy the button from the dropdown list?

Hello,
Yes, it's about Word 2007.
To create the form, I used the developer function, in the controls group, I selected the dropdown list button in legacy form.
Have a nice day.
