Hello,
I have a problem with my camera, an Olympus XZ-1. The lens won't retract into the device, and when I press "On," it shows me: "Remove the lens cap and switch the power from Off to On again." Of course, the cap is removed. It has been stuck since last night, I charged it, but nothing changes. Could you help me? For your information, I received it for my birthday in September; it was new, and I care a lot about it, which is why I'm hoping for a response :/ Thank you in advance.

I had a problem where my lens wouldn't go in anymore but without the message on the screen... I took it to be repaired because it was still under warranty and they told me that the lens was stuck because of a grain of sand... I don't know if you have the same problem but apart from taking it for repair, I don't see what else you can do... :/
