Hello,
I would like to reset my laptop. It is an eMachine G620 running Windows Vista. I have several issues that prevent me from doing so;
- Unable to launch eMachine recovery management (has stopped working) which allows me to burn the recovery CD as I understand it.
- Lost BIOS password..
- With Alt + F10 at startup, I select my hard drive, I choose to reset it to zero but it asks me for the installation CD..
I do not intend to dismantle or even open it due to the risks involved. Thank you in advance!
