Hello Madam, Sir, my factory default recovery disk is damaged, I started to format my eMachine E528 PC, it got stuck and is asking me to insert the first CD, but since the first CD is damaged, it won't accept it.     Hello,
    At startup (at the EMachines logo) and without a CD, hold down ALT and tap F10, EMachines Recovery should launch and you will be able to reinstall your PC to factory settings.
