Bonjour,
Suite à une attaque de virus et/ou malware qui apparemment a été éradiqué, je ne parviens plus à me connecter à Internet sans avoir à désactiver le parefeu de mon antivirus Bitdefender.
Par ailleurs, j'ai remarqué que le centre de sécurité de Windows est désactivé et je ne peux pas le réactiver, j'ai systématiquement un message d'erreur.J'ai essayé de passer par panneau de configuration/outils d'administration/services, mais je ne trouve nullepart "centre de sécurité".
Je viens donc vous demander de l'aide.
Comment puis je retrouver un accès à Internet ?

Au lieu de nous traiter de gros noobs, enseigne nous ton savoir, ô grand maître incontesté. Nan mais sérieux, tu dis d'arrêter d'alourdir le sujet mais au final c'est un peu ce que tu fais non? Parce que ton message ne sert strictement à rien a part donner des leçons de morales aux gens.
Mais pour donner ces leçons, il faut avoir des conseils à donner qui peuvent éclairer le problème de flote. Alors vas-y, aides-nous!

je t'ai mp avec la liste des contributeurs sécurité
L'aide que j'ai reçue sur un forum "ami" m'a fait utiliser plusieurs utilitaires (MalwareBytes, ZHPdiag/ZHPFix, AdwCleaner, FarBar Service Scanner, Fix It) et aparemment il n'y aurait plus de signe d'infection...
C'est possible (mbam était une bonne idée pour le scan). S'il est vraiment supprimé, je ne vois que la restauration si c'est pas possible de continuer comme ca pour toi...

Je ne sais pas ce que c'était comme virus. Mais j'ai encore les rapports, si tu veux je te les poste.Et les mises à jour windows sont toujours ok.

Je suppose que j'ai téléchargé un fichier qui ne devait pas être tout à fait sain...enfin, en fait, je ne sais pas si j'ai réellement eu un virus ??? La seule chose que jai remarqué c'est cette perte de connexion ...
Penses tu , au regard des anciens rapports que j'ai postés que j'en ai eu un ?

Dsl pour mon absence de deux jours. De toute façon je ne vais sûrement pas t'être d'une grande aide. Le rapport Mbam montre que tu n'as normalement pas de problèmes et les autres non plus..

Vous êtes tout les deux, de gros noobs, qui n'y s'y connaissent pas en sécurité informatique..
De 1, MBAM n'est pas une poudre magique.
De 2, Vous croyez qu'on balance comme ça combofix, et on regarde ce que ça fait ? Tu peux lui pourrir son ordinateur rien qu'en utilisant combofix....
De 3, vous vous formatez dès que vous avez un problème de malwares ?... (qui n'est peut être pas un problème de malwares)
En définitive, vous lui conseillez des outils sans en maîtriser les conséquences.
Avec cela vous ne faites qu'alourdir le sujet, et en conclusion les helpers ne voudront pas mener la désinfection...

je ne l'ai rien suggéré moi j'ai juste dit de ne rien faire en attendant qu'un helpeur confirmé

Une fois le téléchargement achevé, dé zippe le fichier obtenu et place ZHPDiag.exe sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique sur l'icône pour lancer le programme. Sous Vista ou Seven clic droit « exécuter en tant que administrateur »
Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.
Laisse l'outil travailler, il peut être assez long.
Ferme ZHPDiag en fin d'analyse.
Pour transmettre le rapport clique sur ce lien :

Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le répertoire où est installé ZHPDiag (en général C:\Program Files\ZHPDiag).
Sélectionne le fichier ZHPDiag.txt.
Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".
