Memory.dmp file

Hello,
I would like to know what a memory.dmp file that appears in the C: directory of the Windows directory on my computer is, I would like to remove it because it takes up a lot of space... thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

    !ATTENTION!
    The files at the root of your drive must not be deleted, otherwise Windows will be unstable or even down!
    This file is a "memory" file .dmp or Dump. It is not a Virus or an LPI.
    I advise you not to delete it

    I forgot:
    Do a disk cleanup with CCleaner
    It should work and reduce its size.
