Problem with a Casio Graph 35+

Hello,

I bought a Casio Graph 35+ calculator 4 years ago and the batteries are dead; they were LR03 Greencell Extra Heavy Duty.
I have changed them three times, using Energer, Lidl alkaline batteries, and another brand, and nothing, the calculator won't turn on! However, I haven't touched the round backup battery!
Before the calculator turned off, it showed low battery.

I think it might be because the batteries are not powerful enough.
I would like to know if anyone can recommend a brand of batteries?

Or if it’s not the batteries, what else could it be?

Thanks in advance to everyone who will help me.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 12.0

My students had the same problem with the Casio graph 35 +
The answer is quite simple but one has to be bold because one might think that changing the batteries means the calculator won’t turn on according to what can be read on forums!
Just replace them with batteries of the same brand as those supplied with your calculator!
One student had bought batteries from a brand at a large supermarket: hers wouldn’t turn on. My calculator had the original batteries. I put my calculator's batteries into hers and it turned back on! It works!!
Without advertising: the original batteries were Panasonic AAA LR03
Phew!!!
