Hello,

today I have a problem, and I hope you can find something.

Like many people, I encountered the issue of being stuck on the welcome screen after entering the password. So I decided to reset it to zero.
While the computer was starting up, I pressed f8,
I chose to repair the computer,
I then clicked on the last line that allows me to reset the PC to zero,
but during the restoration, it crashed.

Now it is stuck on the "Toshiba leading innovation," the boot screen
the boot screen

Do you have a solution so that I can attempt the restoration again?

    I don't think the problem is due to a virus but rather to my computer crashing while it was restoring.
