Problem with .ocx

Hello!
I have a problem: when I execute the command regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system32\threed32.ocx, I get the following error message:
"dllunregisterserver in c:\windows\system32\threed32.ocx failed, the returned code was 0x40040200, please help me resolve it and thank you.

    Hello, I had the same issue with non-functioning after reinstalling a billing software "Quickinvoice", at startup the message always appears: "Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid."

    After reinstalling the program several times and trying all sorts of things manually, I finally found an executable "setup-ocx.exe".

    Please note: The problem described on this site has nothing to do with my program, but it fixed my issue in a second and a half, since I had exactly the same error message. After executing the setup-ocx.exe, my software "Quickinvoice" worked perfectly.

    I have the same problem too; I developed an application two years ago, but when I try to open it, a message appears: license problem for the threed32.ocx.
