Hello, For some time now I've been wondering what the information on spinning reels and spinning rods means, like the lbs/yards ratio. I would like someone to clarify this for me!
Thanks a lot, oli131

Hello
It's my day of kindness....
Sometimes you have to look a little
spinning reel = Fishing reel
spinning rod = Casting rod
lbs/yards = expresses the tensile strength (of the fishing line) in imperial units
1 pound / yards = 0.496054648 kg / m
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room
Especially when it isn't there...!!!! -
Thank you very much, but I would like to know how this system works: for example, if I have a casting rod with a line weight of 6-14 lbs, a reel with 6/210, 8/170, 10/135, and a 30 lbs test line, will I be able to catch large fish or will the line break?
