Parabole Programming, Lost Algeria Channel

For some time, I can no longer receive the Canal Algérie channel that I had on Astra. I then did some research, and apparently, Canal Algérie is no longer broadcasting on Astra and has moved to Hotbird 13C.
As a result, I reprogrammed my device to Hotbird 13C.
I received at least 600 channels, but not Canal Algérie.
Can you help me? You are my only chance before calling a technician.
