Bonjour,
Je reviens après quelques années sans soucis, vers les experts de l'informatique car mon pc portable Asus commence à patiner à certains moments. Quand ça se produit windows n'arrive pas à lancer le gestionnaire de tâches. En mode sans échec tout se passe bien. J'ai un autre compte utilisateur (PRO) qui lui rame beaucoup.
Merci d'avance pour votre aide en cette heure tardive.
J'ai lancé Malaware, il est en cours.

Dans le nettoyage de disque est ce que je peux me débarrasser des Fichiers de sauvegarde du service pack (920 mo)?

Ayé! J'ai tout suivi et tout lu de A à Z... Mais toujours le même souci...

Avec tout ce qu'on a fait je sens bien que mon pc est propre, par exemple le démarrage se fait rapidement pour les deux sessions. Par contre pour la session qui pose problème il m'est impossible de lancer quoique soit. Dès que je place la souris sur la barre des tâches en bas de l'écran la souris se transforme en rond d'attente. Dès que je clique sur un icône, l'écran devient opaque... et le pc ne répond plus, reboot obligatoire. Bref cette session ne fonctionne plus.

Tout ce qui concerne mon boulot... donc oui...
Mais en fait je peux y accéder via c:/utilisateurs/nom de ma session pro.
Donc est ce que je ne pourrais pas copier les dossiers à partir de ce chemin vers ma session qui semble plus viable puis ensuite supprimer ma session pro?

et la recrréer tu peux très bien !

ou alors créee un autre session , transfère tout directement de l'une à l'autre et supprime celle-ci

Je me suis emballé trop vite.
Dès que je laisse un peu le pc tourner seul... style tout à l'heure pour qu'il fasse tranquillement un scan antivir et que je reviens dessus, il rame. Et au ctrl alt sup il me met échec dans l'affichage des options de sécurité. Reboot obligatoire.

g3n-h@ckm@n si tu n'as plus l'envie de m'aider ou si tu es à court d'idées, je le comprendrais bien évidemment.

Est ce que c'est normal que la mémoire physique s'élève à 33% dès la fin du démarrage? du coup là je lance mozilla pour écrire sur le forum et je grimpe direct à 2000 mo en mémoire cache (700 au démarrage) pour 4000 au total.

Autre symptômes :
- le démarrage fini à chaque fois que je lance Mozilla il met du temps à se lancer. Et si je clique plusieurs fois et bien au bout de 30 secondes il me l'ouvre autant de fois que j'avais cliqué... bien entendu...
- Depuis hier mozilla m'ouvre quelques fois les pages web sans leur feuille de style, sans leur mise en forme, très pratique pour surfer...
