How to dismantle the v.smile pocket?

Hello, could you help me with how to open the V Smile Pocket?
I bought it yesterday second-hand and today it has a bad connection, it won't turn on with the batteries, and when I plug it into the wall, it turns on and off, I suppose it's a bad connection.
But I can't seem to open it even after removing the two screws in the battery compartment.
Please help me because I'm desperate, it has only worked for one day!

    ... if you bought it from a store that specializes in buying second-hand equipment, for example, there is probably a guarantee...

    Return the item in question and ask for an exchange... or a refund.

      Thank you for responding, and no, I bought it from a private seller. It was working perfectly, but my daughter must have given it a little bump that caused this problem.
      Usually, you can find everything online, but this time it's impossible to figure out how to take it apart.

      I'm in the same situation; it works with the power adapter but not on battery.
