    Since it was encoded MEGAN-35 ---> ESAB-46 ---> BASE-64
    It needs to be decoded BASE-64 ---> ESAB-46 ---> MEGAN-35

    Thank you for your response, I eventually found it out when I realized that despite a decoding error, it still decodes anyway :)

      The error was caused by extra spaces in the code, but removing them resolves the issue without problems; otherwise, it removes them by itself...
