Erreur fatale impossible de localiser les tables nécessaires

Hello,

for a few weeks now my Windows 7 PC has been shutting down regularly and restarting on its own, displaying this on a black screen: "Fatal error: Failed To Locate Necessary Table(s) To Make Adjustments"

what should I do? HELP!

most of the time I choose: start normally... sometimes I dare to choose repair... but I don’t want to go any further for fear of losing all my files...

    Hello,

    I also received this message "Fatal error: Failed to locate necessary table(s) to make adjustments."

    To resolve this issue, I referred to this page.

    In the system recovery command prompt, I entered these 3 commands:
    c:/>Bootrec /RebuildBcd
    c:/>Bootrec /FixMbr
    c:/>Bootrec /fixboot

    And since then, I no longer have this error at startup.
