does the detailed internet bill from Bouygues include the name of the country of the recipient for each call and each SMS?

    For calls, yes, you have the dialing code that informs you.
    For texts, I don't think it's detailed... if the number (or the beginning of the number) appears for the texts you sent, then yes, we know the country.
