Hello,
A friend of mine told me that she added her mom, her dad, and me to unlimited numbers with SFR, but I can't seem to get this offer.

People at SFR will do everything to put obstacles in your way, to discourage you from entering your 3 unlimited numbers... Nevertheless, it works if you follow these rules: within 5 days after recharging the SFR card, call 963. Select option 3 then option 1: new options. A voice will ask you to enter your 3 numbers; be careful not to make a mistake, as there is no confirmation! However, a few minutes later, if everything went well, you will receive a text message informing you that you benefit from the 3 unlimited numbers (calls + texts).

Go check in an SFR store... it's their job and besides, right now they don't have much to do with their days (humor)!!!

I know that it is usually possible to have three unlimited numbers (any operator) when making a classic SFR La Carte recharge (this doesn’t work when you already have a blocked plan, I believe).
There you go... I hope this answer will help someone,

It doesn't work because this option is a SCAM:
1st obstacle: the confirmation SMS saying that you can choose your numbers only appears once in every two tries. Without this SMS, no unlimited number.
2nd obstacle: you call 963 and then once in a hundred times you have access to the desired option! (4 days have passed and you have already spent several hours on 963)
3rd obstacle: your numbers are only validated 6 days later... You will be notified by SMS... If it arrives before the validity of the recharge expires, you will be one of the lucky few who can enjoy this offer for a few days.
I call that misleading advertising or even outright theft when you can't get past the first obstacle. -

It should already be, if you can take advantage of this (it depends on your plan), then we can add them on the SFR website to your account in the options for the plan. If you don't know if you're benefiting from this advantage, call SFR customer service or visit the website again ^^

However, for my plan, it's a capped plan and SFR sends me SMS regarding this offer, so I should be able to benefit from it. -
