Bonjour, j'ai un compaq hp 512MO winxp sp2 32bit je n'arrive pas a installer norton2012 ni avira 2012, svp dites moi quoi faire. merci

Qu'avais-tu auparavant comme protection? As-tu bien tout enlevé ? L'installation d'un nouvel antivirus est rejétée quand il reste des trâces du précédent. Il y a conflit.
Donne ta configuration complète (ex : Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits) pour pouvoir être aider effcaczmznt.
