how to turn on my Archos 18d vision?

Hello, I bought this player and I've plugged it in to charge it.. I don't know if it's charging properly but it's been plugged in for 2 hours (I can't access anything on this player during this time) I unplugged it and tried to turn it on with the ON/OFF switch and nothing appears... is this normal (stupid question) or how do I turn it on? *please thank you in advance for your help   Configuration: Asus P8Z68 V-PRO CM Noctua NH-C14 cooler RAM (DDR3): Corsair 8GB Vengeance and 4GB XMS3) Samsung 500GB 2.5" internal SATA HDD Power Supply: Corsair TX550M GPU: not yet defined CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K Drive/burner: not defined case: VAYA Value ATX midi tower SSD: coming soon (HDD crisis)  -- If God created man, who created God, man right?

You need to press and hold the play/pause button for a long time. Just turning it on is not enough...

I also have an Archos vision 18d 4g but I can't see the reset button. Mine is accessible when I plug in the USB cable but it turns off immediately as soon as I unplug it. So, finding the reset is of utmost interest to me.  Thank you for reading.   If someone does something well, imitate them.
