Custom Links on Facebook

Hello everyone.

Do you have any idea how I could insert a link on Facebook where it says what we want instead of the URL, just to make it look nice and shorten it?

For example: 

To go to Google, you need to go here => https://www.google.fr/?gws_rd=ssl while to go to Facebook you need to go here => http://www.facebook.com.</code> 
To go to Google, you need to go here while to go to Facebook you need to go here.
