Probleme fenêtre pop-up ! HELP !

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques jours. des fenêtres de plubliciutés s'ouvre sur mon bureau. J'ai un peut de tout, casino, porno, enfin bref de tout !
J'ai beau faire un scan anti-virus. Rien. Ad-Ware. Rien

J'ai vu sur un autre post qu'il fallait utiliser Hijackthis et dise qu'il faut poster le rapport de san et bien lke voici :
