Search for electro dance song

Hi everyone! I can’t seem to find the title of a song. I think it might be by a Danish or Dutch DJ. The video is black and white. There’s a blonde girl, and the guy is a bit “gothic.” They’re a bit on the fringes of life, and at one point they cross paths in the subway tunnels.
