Broken LCD screen, liquid crystal issue

Hello,
Today, Sunday, March 25, 2012, I was playing on my PlayStation, and during a goal by my opponent, I threw the controller of my PlayStation 3 at my screen out of disgust, causing a crack inside the TV as well as vertical multi-colored lines and 5/6 horizontal black lines.

I know that throwing a controller at a TV is very, very foolish, but I have a lot of problems right now, so please don't judge me.

Please, what should I do?

    What to do?

    Go see a repairman who will probably suggest you buy another one. And monitor you while you play video games.

      I broke mine yesterday for Gra and 3 other TVs for Pes, that's 4 in 6 months. I'm fed up.
