good evening
of course it's a fake
at YouTube, they have moderators who can remove a video simply at the request of someone who feels wronged or defamed
they don’t need to send emails
or rather they do send an email, to inform the uploader that their video has been removed for x reasons and that's where it ends, period.

Hello everyone, I received two similar emails, take a look:

YouTube | Broadcast Yourself(TM)

Subject: For Non-Compliance with the Site Charter Regulations.

Good evening Sir
YouTube is not responsible for deleting videos. Once we notice an anomaly, we urge the person to change their position that goes against our status and internal regulations. You must do everything in your power to have it deleted.
We kindly ask you to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Beyond this deadline, we will be obliged to intervene by the armed forces of your country.
The YouTube lawyer.

YouTube | Broadcast Yourself(TM)
Subject: For Non-Compliance with the Site Charter Regulations.

Good evening Sir
We have just received the request to upload your video as well as your contact details. YouTube, which primarily presents itself as a video sharing site, allows millions of internet users to share their videos and view others. It aims to be a site of ethics and good morality. As a moderator of the site, I ensure that the site maintains its ethics.
It is in this sense that we are sending you this letter to inform you more about this matter, and if possible, proceed with its deletion.
As you know, this site is accessible to everyone, including children, adults, and many other sensitive individuals to videos of this nature. We are giving you 72 hours to delete this video; otherwise, we will proceed with an arrest using the internet police service of your country. Therefore, to avoid further trouble, do your utmost to have it deleted.
As I am responsible for verifying the credibility of this site, I am available for any discussions and cooperation.
Undoubtedly, we have your mobile number at our disposal, so do not think that ignoring this will be the solution.
Thus, I expect a response as soon as possible before the matter is brought to the competent authorities and your country's embassy and the police.

Sincerely, YouTube Authorities

Hi, it's a well-crafted scam. There are actually two of them; the girl is Olivia P. Someone might recognize her. She invites you on Skype, then shows herself naked on webcam and asks you to show your thing, lol, which I didn't do. She still tried yesterday; I made her work all morning. The messages were along the lines of "I'll expose you on YouTube." She wanted 500 euros in gift cards. At the same time, I received another email from the famous Mr. Pascal from YouTube (who thought he could apply pressure), telling me to follow Olivia's instructions to the letter and saying they were on the case (him, his so-called team, and the police, lol). In the end, he advised me to pay so I could catch her, haha, and that the director would refund me (the YouTube director has nothing better to do, rofl). All of this lasted throughout Sunday morning; in the end, I ended up threatening her, and she sent two apology emails. So how can we stop people like this? Spread the word widely.

There's nothing to add. It's very poorly written, full of syntax errors and above all, if YouTube has a problem with a video, they don't ask for your opinion, they just remove it, period.
Fake. 100% fake. End of conversation. Best regards
DA

Absolutely, I also want to point out that the guy says he deals with YouTube, but that doesn't hold up. If YouTube has an issue, you don't receive a message from a third party who handles that, but rather a recorded message. Furthermore, this idiot mentions competing sites in this fake, like Dailymotion for example, in their emails; YouTube wouldn't do that.
So just take a step back, everything is fine, you don't have to worry :) !
I want to say, let this little clown waste his time and work hard writing novels full of mistakes, so that we realize it's a fake.

When are you going to understand that all of this is just FAKES and nothing but FAKES! If YouTube has a problem, they will contact you at the email address of your account that you registered with, and if they want to close your account or delete your videos, they will do it without your consent --"!

If we receive this, what do we do? Nothing? Nothing happens? Thank you for answering me, I’ve been clueless from the start. Just want to know if he shared it on Facebook, thanks.

All of this because of a dating site, I got tricked by a cam girl who suggested I masturbate, which I obviously didn't do, and that's just the beginning. With that, I wish you all the best.

Thank you for your response
Tonight, I received a message almost identical to yours and I believed it, but after looking closer at the address, I saw it ended with ***@***, so the message was copied and pasted and could not be authentic, but everything else was super credible. What’s alarming in the message is that it talks directly about prosecution, prison, and the police showing up at my house! A girl blackmailed me, and I gave her 100 euros, but the worst part is that I accepted her on Facebook and that was a big mistake on my part because she threatened me that she would tell everything to my loved ones (friends and family), I can't even tell you the shame! The moral is to never give your Facebook to a girl you meet on social networks with whom you flirt on cam; she took a screenshot, and that was it. I’ll see tomorrow the faces of the people I know and I still don’t know if she followed through with her threats!!!!
